Description
Brooke Malia Mann graduated from Brigham Young University with a BFA in illustration and a minor in English. She is currently working as an art teacher for individuals with mental impairments and as a freelance illustrator. Brooke has created art and made stapled-together picture books since she was a little girl. Her Japanese heritage, childhood growing up in California, and young adult years living in Utah have all influenced her art through the years. Other experiences of note are serving a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in historic Palmyra, New York, and working as a studio assistant for fine artist J. Kirk Richards. Brooke is currently living in Laramie, Wyoming, with her husband, Randall.
